EXEMPLE OF SIX NIGHT PROGRAM


You arrive on Saturday and are welcomed with “welcome aperitive” and dinner.

Monday through Friday, lessons are held, normaly, from 10:00-1:00. Classes are small, completely hands-on, and make use of all-natural, seasonally-fresh ingredients. Essential Italian techniques you will master include: homemade pasta, ravioli, gnocchi, pizza, risotto, bruschette, crostini and other types of canapes, vegetable and grain soups, grilled, roasted, fried and stuffed vegetables, sweet  biscuits  and delicious home cookies.  Lunch is from 1:00-2:30 and features foods prepared during the mornings' lessons. Each meal consists of three courses accompanied by local wines.

FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (or different)

 

Cooking lesson # 1 + lunch. In the morning, our expert will start our cooking lesson with making fresh pasta. We will also discuss pasta sauces in general and the importance of fresh ingredients and herbs, their combinations and balance. All our ingredients are grown locally and only what's in season.

Cooking lesson # 2  + lunch, you will discover some more Italian secrets about regional dishes while preparing a three course meal using only what's in season. Wine included.

Cooking lesson # 3 + lunch, more Italian cooking tips and secrets are revealed by our expert(your three course meal).

We can arrange a Special  “Bread&Pizza day”. You prepare the bread and pizza as Italian tradition. Baking  will be made in the old oven using  natural wood. The whole day will be spent in the kitchens of the local farm where you will learn how to prepare the dough to make genuine bread &pizza. At the meal local wine
